Shipping policy

 

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we greatly appreciate your patience as we strive to deliver your selected items within a span of 5 to 7 business days.

Upon confirmation of your order, the production process will commence, requiring approximately "5 to 7 working days" before the items are dispatched from our warehouse.

We prioritize prompt delivery through our collaboration with top-tier courier services, ensuring that your chosen products reach you in a timely manner.

Kindly take note that an additional fee ranging from PKR 300/- to 600/- will be applied to orders across Pakistan totaling below Rs. 3000/- (this exemption does not apply to bulk or international orders). Orders surpassing Rs. 3000/- will qualify for FREE DELIVERY.

Domestic:

We will endeavor to deliver all orders within a maximum of 7 working days for deliveries within Pakistan. If you are using the cash on delivery (COD) method for delivery in Pakistan, it is mandatory that you please pay the exact amount in cash at the time of delivery. International:

For international orders, please allow up to a maximum of 30 working days for deliveries via courier. Any custom, excise or other duties and levies (if applicable) are to be paid by the customer. If applicable, these charges would be in addition to the shipping charges mentioned on the website.
